Pune, Maharashtra, India, September 2024 – Sudhir Yashvantrao Varpe has been appointed as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Senwell Group Private Limited, where he will oversee HR functions for the company’s IT and manufacturing units, focusing on driving strategic HR initiatives.
Prior to joining Senwell Group, Sudhir served as the Chief Human Resources Officer & DEI at Supreme InfoTech Private Limited for nearly 3 years. During his tenure, he was instrumental in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, while also managing HR strategy and transformation initiatives across the company.
Before that, Sudhir held the role of Group Vice President Human Resources at Supreme InfoTech Private Limited for about 2.5 years, where he focused on operational excellence, business process improvement, and talent management. His contributions were pivotal in enhancing the HR processes aligned with business goals.
Sudhir’s previous experience includes his time at Hengtong Group as the Director of Human Resources & Board of Director for over 3.5 years, where he was responsible for leading HR functions and working closely with the leadership team to implement global HR strategies, focusing on organizational development and leadership.
Earlier in his career, he held the position of Site Head HR at Valeo for approximately 1 year, where he managed HR operations for the site and handled industrial relations, labor law compliance, and talent management.
