Delhi, India, October 2024 – Ravi Jangra has started his new role as Associate Director (India) at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). In this role, Ravi will lead CCL’s strategic efforts in India, working to expand the organization’s leadership development offerings and drive impactful transformations for leaders and organizations across the country. With his extensive background in business development, leadership strategy, and organizational growth, Ravi is well-positioned to support CCL’s mission to create lasting change through leadership.
Prior to joining CCL, Ravi held the role of Deputy Director (Centre for Management Development) at the All India Management Association (AIMA) for 5 years and 11 months. He was responsible for the P&L of the department, managing a revenue of INR 15 Cr, and successfully executing business programs focused on learning, development, and knowledge-sharing. He played a key role in developing and diversifying the company’s portfolio, implementing digital transformation strategies in a SaaS-based business model, and securing high-value business deals.
Before that, Ravi served as Deputy Director (Business Simulation) at AIMA for 2 years 1 month, where he focused on operational planning, client management, and expanding AIMA’s reach in the market.
Earlier in his career, Ravi was the Head of Multisoft Systems & Multisoft Virtual Academy for 6 years and 10 months, where he successfully launched new business units in B2B, B2G, and online learning domains. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant revenue growth of 400% and 300% in its first two years.
Ravi also worked as a Business Consultant at Punj Star InfoTech for 3 years 7 months, and as Business Head at S. O. InfoTech (P) Ltd., where he spearheaded revenue growth and led the creation of a significant sales pipeline.
