Sharjah, UAE, October 2024 – BEEAH Group has welcomed Waseem Hassan as the new Group Chief Human Capital Officer. Waseem will oversee the development and execution of BEEAH’s HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group’s sustainability and innovation goals. His focus will be on enhancing organizational performance, leadership development, and driving cultural transformation across BEEAH Group’s business units.
Waseem Hassan joins BEEAH Group from PwC Middle East, where he served as Human Capital Advisor. For over two years, he led stakeholders on designing HR business strategies, organizational structures, and transformation initiatives across the Middle East, helping to align HR strategies with business goals and improving cohesion and retention.
Before PwC, Waseem was the Chief People Officer and Chief Transformation Officer at a leading medical group in the UAE. In this role, he spearheaded cultural change initiatives, transformation strategies, and international collaborations, ultimately elevating the company’s HR and operational functions.
Earlier in his career, Waseem held various senior roles at DXB Entertainments, including Group Chief Business Support Officer & Chief Transformation Officer and Group Chief Human Resources Officer, where he drove business growth through innovative transformation strategies across HR, IT, finance, and procurement.
His journey in HR leadership began at Jumeirah Group and Dubai Holding, where he gained extensive experience in HR development, talent acquisition, and pre-opening strategies for new business units.
