Basildon, England, October 2024 – Stonebridge – Mortgage & Insurance Network is delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Cleobury as Group Head of People. In her new role, Sarah will oversee the people strategy, talent development, and HR functions for the organization, supporting its continued growth and fostering a strong, inclusive workplace culture.
Before joining Stonebridge, Sarah served as Group Head of People at MSS for over five years, where she excelled in enhancing employee engagement, overseeing HR policies, and implementing change management strategies across the company’s UK operations. Her work focused on optimizing HR processes and building strong relationships across the organization.
Earlier, Sarah led Cleobury Consulting Limited, where she offered HR consulting services to clients, specializing in areas like employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Prior to this, she held an HR Business Partner role at DCC plc, where she contributed her expertise in employee wellness, policy development, and HR strategy.
Sarah’s experience also includes her position as Manager – Human Resources at Royal Enfield and her extended tenure at Pera Technology Solutions, where she established a dedicated HR function and managed HR services for European teams. She began her career with foundational roles at DHL and Tarmac in HR administration.
