Gardner, Massachusetts, October 2024 – Kaleigh Maio has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Heywood Healthcare, marking another milestone in her impressive 17-year journey with the organization. In her new role, Kaleigh will lead strategic HR initiatives, overseeing operations and continuing to drive key human capital programs to support Heywood Healthcare’s mission.
Kaleigh began her journey at Heywood Healthcare in 2007 as an HR Coordinator & Executive Assistant, where she played a pivotal role in HR operations, managing employee files and benefits administration. Her dedication and leadership saw her rise through the ranks, taking on progressively senior roles such as Human Resource Manager, Senior Director of Human Resources, and now Vice President of Human Resources.
As Senior Director of Human Resources (Feb 2024 – Sep 2024), Kaleigh was instrumental in managing HR policies, operations, and performance management. She provided valuable leadership in employee relations and compliance, contributing to a more efficient and positive work environment.
Earlier, as Human Resources Director (Oct 2023 – Feb 2024), she successfully managed various HR functions and supported senior leadership in organizational changes and talent development. Kaleigh’s strong skills in strategic HR management have enabled her to foster a productive and engaged workforce at Heywood Healthcare.
