Knoxville, Tennessee, United States, October 2024 – Tessa Faddis has been promoted to Head of Talent Strategy, Global Functions at Kimberly-Clark. In her new role, Tessa will lead global talent strategies across Kimberly-Clark’s corporate functions, driving initiatives to align talent management with organizational goals and growth objectives. This promotion follows Tessa’s impactful contributions to the company in various HR and talent management roles over the past four years.
Tessa began her journey at Kimberly-Clark as a Sr. HR Business Partner for Global Supply Chain in 2020. Her expertise in talent planning, organizational design, and compensation strategies quickly led to her promotion to Senior Manager, Talent and Capabilities in 2022. In this role, she oversaw talent development programs and worked on enhancing key performance indicators and HR metrics.
Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Tessa held the position of Global Talent Manager for Aluminum at Alcoa, where she spearheaded talent strategies and development programs. She also served in various HR leadership roles at Arconic, focusing on talent management and organizational effectiveness, further solidifying her career in HR leadership.
Tessa’s career began in finance, with earlier roles at DenTek Oral Care, Inc., Aeroflex USA, Inc., and Malibu Boats as a Financial Analyst and Process Analyst, where she honed her skills in performance management and business initiatives.
