Brentwood, Tennessee, United States – October 2024 – Alisha Briggs has joined SpecialtyCare as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In this new role, Alisha will oversee strategic recruitment efforts, driving initiatives to attract and retain top talent across the organization, aligning with SpecialtyCare’s mission of improving outcomes, patient safety, and financial results.
Before joining SpecialtyCare, Alisha served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development at Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. for over 2 years. In this role, she led comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, focusing on executive hiring, leadership development, and workforce planning. Her efforts were instrumental in expanding Diversicare’s talent base and strengthening its leadership pipeline.
Earlier at Diversicare, Alisha held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for about 11 months, where she managed end-to-end recruitment processes, improving the company’s hiring metrics and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
Before her tenure at Diversicare, Alisha was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Diversicare for nearly 3 years, where she drove recruitment for a wide range of roles across the organization, focusing on high-volume hiring and talent retention.
Alisha spent nearly 8 years at Brookdale, where she progressed from an Assistant Recruiter to Manager of Talent Acquisition. Throughout her time at Brookdale, she specialized in recruiting for therapy and senior living roles, implementing best practices in recruitment processes and candidate management.
