In this new role, Erin will focus on leading strategic initiatives to enhance talent management, global learning, and development efforts, contributing to the growth and success of the company’s global workforce.
Prior to this promotion, Erin served as the Associate Director of Talent Management at Pratt & Whitney for over five years, where she played a key role in advancing the company’s talent strategy and implementing development programs. She has consistently demonstrated expertise in creating robust talent development frameworks, furthering employee engagement, and driving performance excellence.
Before that, Erin was the Senior Manager of Global Learning & Development at Pratt & Whitney, where she led initiatives that focused on global leadership training and competency development. Her early career at the company includes a role as an HR Client Manager, where she supported talent development and HR strategy alignment across various business units.
Erin’s prior experience includes nearly five years at Amgen, where she served in multiple roles, including Human Resources Manager, Manager of Training & Development, and Senior Associate in Human Resources. During her tenure, she developed and executed training programs and talent development strategies that aligned with organizational goals.
