Ogden, Utah, United States – October 2024 – McKayla Lanteri has been appointed as the Director of Talent Development at MarketStar. In her new role, McKayla will lead the design and implementation of talent development initiatives, focusing on enhancing employee growth, leadership capabilities, and strategic workforce development.
Prior to this promotion, McKayla served as the Global Senior Leadership Development Manager at MarketStar for nearly three years. She was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and global leadership programs that fostered a culture of continuous learning and growth among leaders.
Earlier, McKayla held the position of Leadership Development Manager at MarketStar, where she focused on developing comprehensive training programs for leadership at all levels. She also served as the Onboarding Training Manager, overseeing the creation and execution of onboarding programs that streamlined the integration of new employees into the company’s culture and operations.
Before joining MarketStar, McKayla worked as a Partner Solutions Manager at Pinterest, where she managed relationships and provided strategic advertising solutions to partners. Her career also includes experience as an Account Development Representative with NextRoll, where she represented AdRoll’s advertising services and drove revenue growth.
