Boston, Massachusetts, United States – October 2024 – Vincent Civian has been appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition at PDSVISION. In his new role, Vincent will lead global talent strategies, focusing on attracting and retaining top-tier professionals to support PDSVISION’s mission of enabling digital transformation across industries.
Before joining PDSVISION, Vincent served as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at PTC for nearly 2 years, where he managed worldwide talent acquisition efforts, developed strategic talent plans, and drove initiatives to recruit key talent in tech and industrial markets.
Prior to PTC, he worked at Altium as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development for over 3 years, where he led recruitment and talent development initiatives across various departments, supporting digital channel growth and go-to-market strategies.
His career also includes a 3-year tenure at ImageTech, a Xerox Company, where he was the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. There, he focused on sourcing and nurturing talent to meet the company’s growth targets in the tech sector. Earlier, Vincent was a Senior Technical Recruiter at TPA Technologies, where he specialized in IT and software recruitment for clients across major U.S. markets.
