Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – October 2024 – Isha Dalal has joined Mahindra Group as Senior Vice President of Group Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). In her new role, she will oversee the group’s financial planning, performance management, and strategic initiatives, driving the financial goals of Mahindra Group.
Prior to joining Mahindra Group, Isha Dalal was Head of Supply Chain Finance at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL). During her tenure, she led finance excellence and performance management, implementing strategic cost management measures and enhancing financial processes across HUL’s supply chain.
Before HUL, Isha served as Vice President at Multiples Alternate Asset Management, where she contributed to strategic investment decisions and led financial modeling, valuations, and transaction structuring. During her nearly seven years at Multiples, she rose from Investment Associate to Vice President, playing a key role in managing investments across diverse sectors.
Isha’s earlier career includes roles as a Senior Associate at Ambit Corporate Finance, focusing on transaction execution in the media, entertainment, and consumer sectors, and as a Correspondent & Associate Producer at CNBC-TV18, where she developed unique content for India’s only television show on corporate law and tax.
