Toronto, Ontario, Canada – October 2024 – Scott Rollins has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources at NATIONAL Public Relations. Based in Toronto, Scott will play a pivotal role in developing HR strategies that support the firm’s growth and employee engagement initiatives. He will lead the HR team, overseeing talent acquisition, policy design, compliance, performance management, and staff development across the organization’s Canadian offices.
Prior to this new role, Scott served as the Manager of Human Resources at NATIONAL Public Relations for over 2 years. In this position, he was responsible for talent pipeline development, HR policy implementation, employee relations, and health and safety compliance. Scott’s work helped improve recruitment processes, staff training, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Before that, Scott was a Senior Human Resources Advisor at NATIONAL Public Relations, where he focused on employee relations, training management, and full-cycle recruitment support. His efforts were instrumental in driving HR projects related to wellness, training, and policy updates.
Earlier in his career, Scott held roles as an Associate, Human Resources, and Human Resources Coordinator at NATIONAL Public Relations. His journey began as an HR Intern, where he gained foundational HR experience, supporting employee onboarding, event coordination, and payroll processing.
