Savannah, Georgia, United States – October 2024 – Daniel Rizzo has started his new role as Director of Human Resources at the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), a leading professional association in the field of interior design. In his new position, Daniel will drive strategic HR initiatives, foster a culture of collaboration, and support organizational growth across the remote workforce. His focus will be on aligning HR strategies with ASID’s vision to improve lives through design.
Before joining ASID, Daniel worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Executive Coach, offering strategic HR consulting and executive coaching to various organizations for nearly eight years. His expertise included HR transformations, talent management, and leadership development.
Previously, Daniel held the position of Senior Director of People and Culture at LAKE, where he led HR operations, employee engagement, and talent development efforts for over two years in Savannah, Georgia. His tenure at LAKE was marked by initiatives that enhanced organizational culture and improved HR processes.
Earlier in his career, Daniel served as Executive Director of Human Resources, Retail at David Yurman, where he provided HR leadership across retail functions. He also held HR leadership roles at renowned brands like reed krakoff, Carolina Herrera Ltd., PUIG USA, and Mikimoto, where he developed and implemented HR strategies that supported business objectives.
