Lucas Leal, formerly the Finance Director at Laboratoires Expanscience Brasil, has demonstrated exceptional expertise in financial planning, reporting, and analysis throughout his career. His tenure at Braskem and Bayer further solidified his credentials, where he excelled in roles focusing on controlling and business control, respectively. Leal’s comprehensive educational background, including an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a CFO Estrategista certificate from Insper, equips him with a profound understanding of business administration, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and compliance.
