With more than 25 years of progressive human resources experience, Irina has built an exceptional career spanning strategic HR leadership, organizational design, talent development, employee relations, culture transformation, and workforce planning. In her expanded leadership role, she will oversee the company’s human resources strategy, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support Essex Solutions’ continued global growth and innovation.
Irina has been with Essex Solutions since September 2023, serving in senior human resources leadership where she has helped shape the company’s people agenda through initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and talent management. Her promotion to Vice President, Human Resources reflects the confidence the organization has in her ability to lead its global HR function and foster a high-performance, people-centric culture.
Before joining Essex Solutions, Irina spent more than six years with Mativ, serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Healthcare & Protective Solutions. During this period, she successfully navigated the integration following the merger of SWM and Neenah to form Mativ, while supporting strategic business transformation, workforce planning, leadership coaching, organizational development, and employee engagement. Prior to Mativ, she held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at SWM International following the company’s acquisition of Scapa, where she played a key role in aligning HR strategies during organizational integration.
Earlier in her career, Irina served as Human Resources Manager at Scapa Healthcare, where she led critical HR initiatives supporting manufacturing operations and business growth. She also spent more than 11 years at Pepperidge Farm, progressing through increasingly responsible positions including Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Supervisor, and Employee Relations Manager, gaining extensive expertise in employee relations, talent development, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness. She began her professional journey with LAZ Parking as a Human Resources Assistant, establishing a strong foundation in HR operations and employee support.
