Saudi Arabia, December 2024 – Mohammed M. Al Najjar has taken on the position of Head of Talent Management & Development at Abdul Latif Jameel. In his new role, Mohammed will lead strategic initiatives in talent management and development, driving the organization’s vision for employee growth, engagement, and operational excellence. His extensive background in human resources and strategic planning positions him as a key leader in shaping Abdul Latif Jameel’s workforce strategies.
Before assuming his current role, Mohammed served as Head of HR Business Partners, Special Projects & Strategic Planning at Abdul Latif Jameel, where he led HR consulting, organizational development, and Saudization efforts. He implemented performance management processes, developed retention plans, and spearheaded critical projects such as SAP-SuccessFactors implementation and HR policy reviews.
Earlier, Mohammed was the Projects Management Head of Center of Excellence, where he successfully optimized manpower strategies, achieving significant operational cost savings of SAR 125 million. He also led redeployment initiatives, offshore planning, and contract compliance projects.
Mohammed’s previous leadership roles include Fleet Sales Operation Head and Development and Head of Lexus Jeddah Retail Operation, where he drove operational improvements, enhanced customer satisfaction, and achieved notable growth in sales and profits.
His earlier career included positions such as Head of Recruitment, where he significantly improved recruitment efficiency and Saudization rates, and Retail Operation General Manager, where he managed multi-location retail operations and achieved remarkable sales and employee engagement milestones.
