Noblesville, Indiana, United States, December 2024 – Laurel Lingle has started her new role as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Journey. Based in Noblesville, Indiana, Laurel will lead the organization’s talent acquisition efforts, focusing on building a strong workforce aligned with Journey’s mission of community empowerment and local leadership.
Laurel brings extensive experience in healthcare talent acquisition to Journey. Most recently, she served as VP of Talent Acquisition at Majestic Care for over five years, where she developed and implemented strategic recruitment initiatives, driving organizational growth and improving hiring processes across multiple locations.
Prior to Majestic Care, Laurel spent an impressive 15 years at American Senior Communities, where she held roles such as Recruiting Manager and Senior HR Specialist/Recruiter. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in attracting top talent, streamlining hiring processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture within the senior care industry.
Laurel also gained valuable experience as a Consultant at Career Solutions, where she spent nearly five years assisting organizations in talent management and recruitment strategies.
