Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, December 2024 – Vigneshwaran Sundararaj has taken on the role of Associate Director Human Resources at Photon, a global leader in AI and digital solutions. In his new position, Vigneshwaran will lead HR initiatives, foster organizational growth, and support Photon’s commitment to driving AI adoption and digital transformation for its Fortune 100 clients.
Vigneshwaran Sundararaj has been with Photon for nearly four years, steadily rising through HR leadership roles. Prior to his current position, he served as Senior Human Resources Manager, where he led strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, and talent development strategies. Before that, he worked as Human Resources Manager, overseeing organizational policies and driving workforce optimization, and as Associate Manager Human Resources, where he focused on implementing HR processes and managing performance reviews.
Before joining Photon, Vigneshwaran gained extensive experience at Cognizant, where he worked as a Senior Human Resources Associate, managing HR operations and employee relations. Earlier, he spent over seven years at HCLTech, progressing through roles including Deputy Manager Human Resources and Senior Executive Human Resources, where he contributed to talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance management.
Vigneshwaran began his HR career at Adaptavant Technologies and Solutions, and prior to transitioning into HR, he worked as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Trident Hotels, showcasing his versatile professional background.
