Cleveland, OH, United States, December 2024 – Elizabeth Jaszczak has joined Case Western Reserve University as the Senior Director Human Resources, where she will provide HR leadership to support the strategic initiatives of the Office of the Provost. In her new role, Elizabeth will focus on driving organizational effectiveness and aligning HR practices with the university’s academic and institutional goals.
Elizabeth brings extensive HR leadership experience to her new position. Most recently, she served at Baldwin Wallace University as Director of Benefits and HR Business Partner-Faculty for a combined tenure of over two and a half years. There, she specialized in employee benefits design, workforce planning, and faculty engagement initiatives.
Prior to Baldwin Wallace University, Elizabeth was the Manager, Talent Acquisition Projects at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, where she successfully led talent acquisition initiatives for eight months.
Elizabeth also served for over five years as Director of Employment and Recruiting at Greater Cleveland RTA, where she managed recruitment teams and workforce development for one of Northeast Ohio’s largest employers. She led strategic and operational hiring initiatives, earning recognition for her impactful leadership in public transit recruitment.
Earlier, Elizabeth spent seven years as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Forest City Realty Trust, where she implemented Six Sigma process improvements in talent acquisition and enhanced recruitment strategies to drive organizational growth. Her career also includes five years as a Vice President and Executive Search Consultant, where she specialized in higher education recruitment.
Elizabeth’s professional journey began at Case Western Reserve University, where she previously held HR leadership roles for over 16 years, including Director of Employment, overseeing all non-faculty staff hiring and implementing strategic recruitment and process improvements.
