São Paulo, Brazil, December 2024 – Henrique Duda has been appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Livelo Brasil, where he will oversee key areas including marketing, CRM, and customer engagement channels. With a proven track record in growth strategies and loyalty program management, Henrique is set to drive Livelo’s strategic initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Henrique has been a key leader at Livelo Brasil, previously serving as CPO – Director of Business Development B2C, where he managed performance, product development, and digital channels. He spearheaded initiatives like Livelo Viagens and Marketplace Livelo, ensuring impactful product roadmaps and customer journey optimizations.
Prior to Livelo, Henrique was CMO at Facily, overseeing marketing and customer experience with a focus on performance media, branding, and gamification. He also served as Director of Digital Channels at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil), where he led B2C and B2B marketing and product performance with a team of over 300 professionals.
Henrique’s earlier experiences include senior roles at companies like Via Varejo SA, Lenovo, and Walmart eCommerce, where he honed his expertise in e-commerce, marketplace management, and digital growth strategies.
