Wrocław, Dolnośląskie, Poland, December 2024 – Anna Yalçın has joined BNY as Vice President, People Policy & Governance, bringing extensive expertise in human resources and organizational management. In her new role, Anna will lead policy initiatives, oversee governance processes, and drive innovative people strategies to support the organization’s global operations and vision.
Anna’s prior experience includes her role as Payroll and T&A Specialist with French and English at the Merck Group, where she supported HR operations for the French-speaking regions of Switzerland. She was instrumental in ensuring compliance with local laws, enhancing HR processes, and mentoring new team members. Anna’s tenure at Volvo Group spanned over three years, where she contributed to HR administration, data management, and onboarding initiatives, including mapping processes for the new ServiceNow system.
Earlier in her career, Anna held the position of Executive Assistant with French Language at McKinsey & Company, where she managed complex scheduling and communication for consultants across multiple time zones. Her experience also includes roles in export operations, administrative assistance, and teaching French, showcasing her linguistic and organizational capabilities.
