Ezulwini, Hhohho Region, Eswatini, December 2024 – Veronica Ntshalintshali has been named the Chief People Officer at FNB Eswatini, marking an exciting new chapter in her distinguished career in human resources. In her new role, Veronica will oversee the strategic development and execution of people-centric initiatives, fostering a supportive and innovative workplace culture to align with FNB Eswatini’s mission of delivering exceptional banking experiences.
Veronica brings over two decades of HR expertise to her new position. Most recently, she served as Human Capital Executive at FNB South Africa, where she spent over nine years managing the end-to-end HR value chain for the FNB Business Segment. Her strategic leadership helped drive organizational success and employee engagement across the company.
Prior to this, Veronica held various leadership roles at FNB South Africa, including Head of Human Resources for FNB Home Loans and the Pretoria Region, demonstrating her ability to implement impactful HR strategies and lead diverse teams effectively.
Before joining FNB, Veronica gained valuable experience at BMW South Africa, where she held key roles such as Manager: Training Systems and Processes and Non-Technical Training Consultant. These positions honed her expertise in training, development, and HR consulting, contributing to her holistic approach to people management.
