Ajay will lead the company’s HR strategies across India, leveraging his exceptional expertise in HR management and transformational leadership developed over a 30-year career.
Ajay is a seasoned HR leader, known for his strategic acumen and ability to drive impactful initiatives in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, culture integration, change management, and employee engagement. His career highlights include successfully implementing process standardization and automation, talent upgradation programs, and spearheading CSR interventions. With extensive experience in large, reputed organizations, Ajay has been at the forefront of crafting HR policies that align with business goals while fostering a people-first culture.
Prior to joining Maxop, Ajay Srivastava served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Rodic Consultants Private Limited, where he was instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives. Earlier, he held the same position at Orient Bell, where he focused on leadership development, cultural transformation, and talent strategy.
Ajay’s experience includes his tenure as Head HR at Baxter International Inc., where he managed organization optimization projects and strategic business expansions. At Viraj Profiles Ltd, he developed a roadmap for HR transformation under the project “Navratna”, focusing on employee engagement and talent development.
At Styrolution, he successfully led the integration of two legal entities from an HR perspective. During his time at PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Ajay delivered exceptional results in workforce consolidation, diversity hiring, and achieving industry-leading employee satisfaction scores. His career also includes impactful roles at ITC Limited, Dainik Jagran, and C J Gelatine Products Ltd, where he gained expertise in wage settlements, compliance, and labor law simplification.
