Dagi Dawit Joins INKOMOKO as Regional Head of Talent Acquisition

Nairobi County, Kenya, December 2024 – Dagi Dawit has been appointed as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition at INKOMOKO, where they will oversee and innovate recruitment strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience across multiple countries, including Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, and South Sudan. In this role, Dagi will focus on enhancing onboarding and retention strategies while fostering a collaborative and high-performing recruitment team across the region.

Previously, Dagi was the Technical Recruiting Manager at Dunyasi Ventures, specializing in sourcing top-tier engineering talent for tech startups in San Francisco. During this tenure, they successfully hired senior software engineers and streamlined recruitment processes to align with dynamic startup environments.

Dagi also led as a Senior Talent Advisor at Komari Beverage, where they managed end-to-end talent operations for a fast-growing startup, including sourcing, interviews, and talent placement strategies. Their earlier career at Ethiojobs.net saw Dagi rise from a recruiter to a senior business partner, delivering recruitment solutions and talent management strategies for diverse industries.
