Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Ketan Lodaya has stepped into the role of Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) at Gulf Oil India. His appointment marks a significant leadership move as the company strengthens its digital, information, and business transformation agenda in a market that is increasingly shaped by technology, mobility solutions, and future-ready innovation.
Before joining Gulf Oil India, Ketan Lodaya served as AVP – Business Transformation at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, where he focused on strategic leadership and transformation initiatives. This role added important breadth to his profile in business modernization, digital enablement, and enterprise change.
Prior to that, he spent more than twelve years at General Mills, where he held a series of progressively senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Head – Global Engineering Solutions, following earlier assignments as Senior Engineering Manager, Manager – Engineering, Assistant Manager – Engineering, and MES Operations Analyst. Across these positions, he built deep experience in engineering solutions, technology-enabled business transformation, operations, and global capability leadership. His progression at General Mills reflects a long-standing track record of managing complex technology and engineering environments.
Earlier in his professional journey, Ketan Lodaya worked as Group Lead at Geometric Software, where he also contributed as a pre-sales consultant. Before that, he served as Software Specialist at Patni Computers and as Lead Project Engineer at Invensys Controls UK Limited, building experience across software, project engineering, and industrial systems. He also worked as Instrumentation Engineer at Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd and began his career as a Trainee Engineer at Bayer. These assignments laid a strong technical and operational foundation for the leadership roles that followed.
His career reflects a broad combination of digital leadership, engineering management, business transformation, industrial systems experience, and enterprise technology expertise. With experience spanning manufacturing, technology, engineering, and transformation-focused roles across several major organizations, Ketan Lodaya brings a strong and well-rounded profile to his new mandate at Gulf Oil India.
