Bangalore, Karnataka, India, December 2024 – Ganesh Lakshminarayanan has been named the Managing Director and Group Vice President for ServiceNow India and the SAARC region, marking a significant milestone in his illustrious career spanning over two decades. In his new role, Ganesh will drive strategic initiatives and lead operations to accelerate ServiceNow’s growth in the region, leveraging his extensive expertise in technology, transformation, and business leadership.

Ganesh’s career is a testament to his visionary leadership and transformational capabilities. Before joining ServiceNow, he served as CEO of Airtel Business India, where he led enterprise strategies, enhancing Airtel’s position as a leading business solutions provider for over a year and a half. Prior to that, Ganesh was CEO of Airtel Enterprise Business, spearheading enterprise-level solutions and innovations over a successful three-year tenure.

Ganesh also served as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Capillary Technologies, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s AI-driven customer engagement solutions. His prior leadership roles include being a Senior Advisor at EY and Sequoia Capital, where he advised numerous startups, including Capillary Technologies, Porter, and Bank Bazaar, on scaling and strategy.

Ganesh’s tenure at Mu Sigma as Managing Director showcased his capabilities in enabling global delivery functions in the data analytics space. His extensive experience at Dell, spanning over a decade, included leadership roles such as President and Managing Director of Dell India and Vice President of Asia Pacific and Japan Sales Operations, where he significantly contributed to the company’s operational and sales excellence.

Ganesh holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, equipping him with the strategic and analytical foundation that has been instrumental in his professional journey.
