Toronto, Ontario, Canada, February 2025 – Rainu Singh has been named Vice President, Human Resources at Crown Property Management Inc., bringing nearly a decade of experience in people strategy, talent management, and organizational development. In this role, she will lead HR strategy, employee engagement, and workplace culture transformation to support the company’s continued growth in the commercial real estate sector.
Rainu’s expertise spans HR operations, talent acquisition, leadership development, and corporate culture. At Crown Property Management Inc., she will focus on enhancing employee experience, optimizing talent strategies, and fostering a high-performing work environment.
Rainu has been an integral part of Crown Property Management Inc. for nearly six years, steadily progressing through leadership roles. Before stepping into the Vice President, Human Resources position, she served as Director, People & Culture, where she played a key role in HR leadership, organizational development, and policy implementation. Prior to that, she was Manager, People & Culture, where she focused on employee engagement and talent strategy. She originally joined Crown Property Management Inc. as Human Resources Generalist, supporting core HR functions and workforce planning.
Before joining Crown, Rainu worked at Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd. as a Human Resources Generalist, where she was responsible for employee relations, HR compliance, and workforce planning. Her experience also includes two years at The Miller Group, where she held roles as Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Student, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement.
