The Woodlands, Texas, United States, December 2024 – Briana Foster has been appointed as Senior Director, Human Resources at NPK, a leading provider of site access solutions. In her new role, Briana will lead human resources strategies, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, to support NPK’s mission of delivering efficient and safe project site solutions.
Briana brings over 15 years of experience in human resources leadership. Briana Foster most recently served as Human Resources Director at Newpark Resources, Inc., where she led HR initiatives for over six years. Her leadership involved overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development, contributing significantly to the company’s strategic goals. Prior to this, she held the role of Corporate HR Manager, managing HR functions across various business units.

Before her tenure at Newpark Resources, Briana spent over three years at Schlumberger, holding multiple leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager, Completions North America Land. In this position, she was responsible for HR services for over 200 employees across 15 districts in North America, playing a pivotal role in performance management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Briana also gained valuable HR experience at Smith International, where she facilitated change management during Schlumberger’s acquisition, managing expatriate administration and HR systems integration. Earlier in her career, she served as Human Resources Representative at Wilson, supporting over 200 employees and excelling in recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
Her career is built on a strong academic foundation, including a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California, which complements her extensive experience in HR leadership.
