Her expertise was further honed as Head of Human Resources at Royal Caribbean Group, where she managed HR functions for a global workforce.
Earlier in her career, Youshique worked as Human Resources Manager at Disney Cruise Line, overseeing talent management and operational HR strategies. She also held key HR roles at SuperClubs Hotels & Resorts and Atlantis Resorts, contributing significantly to workforce development in the hospitality industry.
