London, England, United Kingdom, December 2024 – Dom Curtis has been promoted to the role of Senior Director – Executive Talent Acquisition at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In this position, Dom will lead the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, focusing on Managing Director and Partner hiring across BCG’s consulting divisions, BCG X, and corporate functions. His role also includes overseeing executive recruitment for BrightHouse, Inverto, Quantis, and Platinion.
Dom’s tenure at BCG spans nearly six years, marked by significant contributions to executive talent acquisition and leadership hiring. Most recently, he served as Director – Global Executive Talent Acquisition, where he led a global team managing key leadership hires and expanding BCG’s talent footprint. Additionally, he played a critical role in developing infrastructure for BCG’s Climate & Sustainability Practice, scaling the team and achieving key milestones.
Before BCG, Dom held key roles in executive search at PwC and KPMG. At PwC, he managed Partner and leadership-level searches across consulting and assurance domains. At KPMG, he contributed to global talent identification and retention strategies, including pivotal work in improving partner reward systems and managing large-scale organizational changes.
Dom began his career in executive search with Taylor Osborne, where he managed global research projects, including talent mapping, succession planning, and diversity initiatives across public and private sectors.
