Hannah’s career with Mountaire Farms spans over six years, during which she has demonstrated her expertise across multiple roles. Before her recent promotion, she served as Senior Manager of Talent Development & Early Talent Programs, spearheading initiatives to attract and nurture top talent. Prior to this, she held the position of Early Talent Programs Manager, focusing on innovative programs to develop future leaders within the company.

Earlier in her tenure, Hannah worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where she excelled in sourcing and recruiting exceptional talent. Before joining Mountaire Farms, she gained experience as a Feed Ingredient Buyer and Management Trainee, showcasing her versatility and dedication to the company’s success.
In addition to her corporate journey, Hannah is also the Founder of Hannah Kate Photography LLC, where she has honed her creative and entrepreneurial skills. Her background includes roles such as Sales Account Manager at Staples and Congressional Intern with the U.S. House of Representatives, further enriching her diverse professional portfolio.
