Washington DC-Baltimore Area, United States, January 2025 – Brandon Guzzone has taken on the role of Chief People and Culture Officer at HealthX Partners, a collaborative creation of two global health leaders, Population Services International (PSI) and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF). In this capacity, Guzzone will oversee integrated global HR and security services, driving exceptional talent experiences and enhancing organizational health across the subsidiaries’ collective 5,000+ workforce in global public health.
Before joining HealthX Partners, Brandon served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Population Services International for over six years. In this role, he led a global team to deliver HR and security services encompassing benefits, employee relations, global mobility, learning and development, and performance management. His tenure was marked by strategic leadership that significantly enhanced organizational efficiency and workforce engagement.

Prior to his time at PSI, Guzzone was the Chief Human Capital Officer at the Millennium Challenge Corporation. During his three years there, he directed human capital activities across 22 countries, focusing on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and HR analytics, further solidifying his expertise in global human resources management.
Guzzone also served as the Chief Learning Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Over two years, he led geographically dispersed teams to deliver workforce development services, including leadership training, coaching, and organizational design for a workforce of over 16,000 scientific professionals.
Earlier in his career, he held various leadership roles at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and STG International, Inc., where he gained extensive experience in workforce development, change management, and strategic recruitment.
