Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2025 — Adhrua Minocha has joined Ester as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this pivotal role, Adhrua will spearhead HR strategies, drive organizational transformation, and align people-centric initiatives with Ester’s business goals. With a proven track record in HR leadership, talent management, and change management, Adhrua is set to play a vital role in fostering innovation and building a resilient workforce for the organization.
Before joining Ester, Adhrua served as the Head of Human Resources – India at Louis Dreyfus Company for over 10 years, where she successfully led HR strategies across diverse business platforms, implemented organizational development initiatives, and facilitated diversity and inclusion programs. Her tenure included overseeing operations in India and Bangladesh, establishing a nearshore center for process excellence, and securing Great Place to Work certifications for the company.

Previously, Adhrua was Assistant General Manager – HR at M3M India Limited, where she focused on talent management, employee engagement, and implemented new performance management systems. Her contributions included restructuring onboarding processes and driving HR best practices for the organization.
At Pulsar Knowledge Centre, Adhrua served as the Head of Human Resources, leading recruitment, employee development programs, and HR application automation for enhanced transparency and compliance. She also contributed to fostering a stronger organizational culture, resulting in higher employee engagement.
Adhrua has also held HR leadership positions at Reliance Communications, Tech Mahindra, and GTL Limited, gaining valuable experience in HRIS, strategic HR planning, and employee development.
