Solihull, England, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Jodie Bromley has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where she will lead the organization’s human resources strategies, focusing on talent development, organizational design, and cultural transformation across the UK division.
Jodie Bromley brings extensive expertise in HR leadership and organizational development, having recently served as Head of Organisational Development at BNP Paribas Personal Finance for approximately five months. Before this, she held the position of Interim Head of Talent and People Experience at ParentPay Group, where she led key HR transformation projects and talent strategies.

Her prior experience includes serving as Group HR Director at Bristow & Sutor for over four years, where she played a pivotal role in strategic HR planning, change management, and leadership development. Additionally, she founded Phoenix HR and Change Consulting Ltd, where she worked as a People & Culture Consultant assisting organizations with strategic HR projects.
Earlier in her career, Jodie held various senior HR leadership roles at The AA, Phoenix Group, and NFU Mutual, with expertise spanning M&A integration, culture transformation, and employee engagement strategies.
