Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 – Nitish B. has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley, where he will lead key HR functions, including learning services, performance evaluation, employee relations, and talent operations.
Nitish B. has been with Morgan Stanley for over four years, serving as Director of Human Resources before stepping into his new role. In his prior capacity, he was responsible for learning services, performance evaluation, employee relations, and talent operations, contributing significantly to the firm’s talent strategies.
Before joining Morgan Stanley, Nitish spent five years at Schneider Electric, holding positions including Senior Manager – Global Learning Services and Manager – Global Learning Services. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in transition management, continuous improvement, and talent management across multiple regions.
Earlier in his career, Nitish worked with iGATE for approximately three years as a Senior Team Leader, where he was involved in continuous improvement initiatives and stakeholder management. Prior to this, he served as a Senior System Analyst at AXA and Business Analyst at Genpact, showcasing a strong foundation in HR analytics and process improvement.
