Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2026 — Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Rahul Choudhary as People Partner – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) North & East, strengthening its people leadership as the company continues to support the growth of its commercial real estate business across the region. Bringing more than 18 years of experience across human resources, people partnering, performance management, and business operations, Rahul will play a key role in aligning people strategy with business objectives while supporting talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rahul Choudhary served as Director – People Experience Partner at JLL, where he partnered with business leaders to strengthen employee experience, drive strategic HR initiatives, and support organizational growth. His experience in one of the world’s leading real estate services firms further enhanced his expertise in business partnering and people strategy within the commercial real estate sector.
Before joining JLL, Rahul built an accomplished nearly 10-year career at Deloitte, progressing through several HR leadership roles. Most recently, he served as PMES Manager, following more than four years as Performance Management Specialist, where he led performance management initiatives, talent processes, and organizational effectiveness programs. Earlier, he worked as an HR Business Partner, partnering closely with business leaders to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership support, and people programs aligned with business priorities.
Earlier in his career, Rahul spent nearly six years at Tata Consultancy Services as Team Leader, developing leadership capabilities while managing teams and business operations. He began his professional journey at Genpact as a Process Associate, gaining valuable experience in business operations and customer-focused service delivery that laid the foundation for his transition into human resources leadership.
With deep expertise in HR business partnering, employee experience, performance management, talent strategy, organizational development, leadership support, and people operations, Rahul brings a well-rounded perspective to Cushman & Wakefield. His appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in strengthening its people function to support business growth and deliver exceptional client and employee experiences.
