Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Square Foot has appointed Manasi Kulkarni Masurkar as General Manager – Head Human Resources & Administration, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to drive business growth and organizational excellence. In her new role, Manasi will lead the company’s people strategy, partnering closely with business leaders to align talent, culture, and organizational capabilities with strategic objectives while overseeing human resources, administration, facilities, governance, and employee experience.
Bringing more than 17 years of human resources leadership experience, Manasi Kulkarni Masurkar has built a distinguished career across manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and consumer businesses. Prior to joining Square Foot, she served as Senior Human Resources Specialist at Grauer & Weil (India) Limited, where she spent over four years leading key HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. In this role, she developed and implemented people strategies aligned with business objectives while strengthening workforce capability and employee engagement.
Before Grauer & Weil, Manasi enjoyed a successful 13-year career at ITC Limited, where she served as an HR Professional supporting the company’s Trade Marketing & Distribution business across the Western Region. During her tenure, she led a broad range of HR initiatives covering talent acquisition, induction, performance management, capability building, HRIS, workforce planning, employee engagement, statutory compliance, budgeting, learning and development, and HR policy implementation. Her contributions helped strengthen HR processes while supporting business expansion and talent development across one of India’s leading diversified enterprises.
Manasi began her professional journey as a Management Trainee – Human Resources at Pfizer, where she gained valuable experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, and personnel administration. Earlier, she completed a summer internship with Tata Power Company, contributing to recruitment initiatives for the company’s Mundra Project and gaining early exposure to talent acquisition, campus hiring, and training quality processes.
Throughout her career, Manasi has developed deep expertise in HR strategy, business partnering, organizational development, leadership hiring, performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, change management, employer branding, HR analytics, administration, and culture transformation. Her appointment reinforces Square Foot’s commitment to building a high-performance organization supported by strong people practices and operational excellence.
