Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2026 — PepsiCo has elevated Sweta Satapathy to the position of Deputy Director, Global Talent Management Operations. In her new role, she will lead global talent management operations, driving leadership development, talent strategy, and people initiatives aimed at strengthening PepsiCo’s global workforce and advancing the company’s people agenda.
With over 13 years of experience in human resources, Sweta has developed deep expertise across talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to build people-centric strategies, enhance employee experiences, and deliver initiatives that support organizational growth and leadership development.
Since joining PepsiCo in 2020, Sweta has held multiple leadership positions within the company’s Talent Management function, progressing from Manager – Talent Management HR to Senior Manager – Talent Management HR, and later to Executive Manager – Talent Management HR. Across these roles, she has played a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies, strengthening leadership pipelines, and supporting global talent initiatives that align with PepsiCo’s business priorities.
Prior to PepsiCo, Sweta spent nearly eight years with Deloitte, where she built a strong foundation across HR engagement, HR operations, employee relations, and US HR generalist functions. Her experience in managing complex HR initiatives and driving employee-focused programs has positioned her as a versatile and impactful HR leader.
