Phoenix, Arizona, United States, June 2026 — Centuri Group, Inc. has appointed Monica Paolini as Senior Director Human Resources – Talent Acquisition and Planning. In her new leadership role, she will lead talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives, focusing on building scalable talent strategies, strengthening organizational capabilities, and supporting the company’s continued growth across North America.
Monica brings extensive experience in strategic human resources leadership, talent acquisition transformation, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Throughout her career, she has established a strong track record of designing and implementing people strategies that align talent priorities with business objectives while driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Centuri Group, Monica served as Global Head of Human Resources at Lydech, where she reported directly to the CEO and led the global HR function with full accountability for shaping and executing people strategies that enhanced business performance. Before that, she was Director, Human Resources – Global Talent Acquisition, Attraction and Strategy at Dana Incorporated, where she led the Global Talent Center of Excellence and spearheaded talent acquisition strategy and employer branding initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Monica held several senior HR leadership positions with American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM), Federal-Mogul Motorparts, FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles – Comau, and Continental. Across these roles, she successfully led global talent acquisition transformations, workforce planning initiatives, organizational alignment programs, leadership development strategies, and cultural integration efforts across engineering, manufacturing, and operations environments.
