Delhi, India, January 2025 – BLS International, a global leader in tech-enabled services for governments and diplomatic missions, has announced the appointment of Rahul Tandon as President Operations. In his new capacity, Tandon will lead strategic operational initiatives and drive service excellence across the company’s global footprint.
Rahul Tandon joins BLS International from Ecom Express Private Limited, where he served as Chief Customer Service Officer for nearly 8 years. During this time, he played a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience, service-level management, and process optimization while leading customer engagement strategies.

Prior to that, he was Customer Service & Retail Operations Head at Reliance Communications for nearly 4 years, where he oversaw end-to-end customer life cycle management and led retail service operations. His strategic leadership contributed significantly to customer retention and service optimization.
Earlier in his career, Tandon had a 7-year tenure at Vodafone, where he held multiple senior roles including Customer Service Head – Andhra Pradesh and Service Head – Enterprise Business. His efforts in customer relationship management, training programs, and retail service strategy were key highlights of his tenure at Vodafone.
