Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — Yogita Shanbhag has been appointed Vice President – Human Resources at Flipkart, where she will lead HR for the OneTech Business Unit, supporting the company’s technology and innovation agenda. With over two decades of experience across leading global technology organizations, she brings strong expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, and AI-driven employee engagement.
Prior to joining Flipkart, Yogita Shanbhag spent nearly a decade with Juniper Networks, most recently serving as HR Head – Juniper Networks India. In this role, she led people strategy, engagement, and employer branding initiatives, strengthening Juniper’s people agenda in India. Earlier at Juniper, she worked as Director Human Resources Business Partner, supporting business growth through strategic HR partnership.
Before Juniper, she built over a decade of experience at Wipro as an HR Business Partner, where she supported CTO and service functions and developed deep expertise across recruitment, talent management, compensation, and core people processes. She began her professional journey with TNT India in an HR generalist role.
Yogita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from PES Institute of Technology.
