New York, United States, January 2025 – Colleen Stanley has taken on the role of Head of People & Culture, Americas at Schroders, bringing her extensive HR expertise and leadership to the global investment management firm. In her new role, Colleen will oversee the People & Culture strategy for Schroders across the Americas, focusing on fostering a thriving, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.
Before joining Schroders, Colleen served as HR Business Partner at the firm for over a year and a half, where she played a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Prior to Schroders, Colleen was an Associate Director, HR Business Partner at RBC Capital Markets, where she supported Technology & Operations functions and contributed to strategic HR initiatives over nearly three years.

Earlier in her career, Colleen worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Cantor Fitzgerald, where she supported HR functions for the Fixed Income and Equities divisions for three years. She also held the role of HR Manager at the Women’s Refugee Commission, where she focused on organizational development and employee relations.
Colleen’s career began in the retail sector, where she gained invaluable experience in HR and management roles for various companies over five years, further solidifying her HR acumen.
Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
