Gurgaon, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Suman Saha has taken on a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mangal Electrical Industries Limited. With an extensive background in human resource strategy, organizational development, and talent management, he will lead the company’s HR transformation, ensuring the continued growth and operational excellence of the organization.
Prior to this role, Saha served as Head – HR & Administration at Luxor International, where he was responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies for two business units. His expertise in talent management, performance appraisal, and industrial relations played a pivotal role in aligning HR processes with business growth.
Previously, he was a Senior HR Business Partner at Oasis Resource Management Pvt Ltd, where he worked with Freewill Sports (NIVIA) and India Cellular & Electronics Association. His focus was on HR architecture, manpower assessment, and restructuring HR frameworks to support organizational expansion.
Saha’s 12-year tenure at UltraTech Cement further solidified his HR leadership credentials. He held key roles, including General Manager & HOD – Human Resources, where he managed HR operations across multiple manufacturing units in Rajasthan, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. His strategic initiatives contributed to organizational efficiency, employee engagement, and change management.
