Houston, Texas, United States, January 2025 – Shellie Stone has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Seneca Resources Company, LLC. In her new role, Shellie will lead the company’s HR strategy, fostering talent development and driving organizational excellence to support the company’s operations in the energy sector.
Shellie Stone joined Seneca Resources Company, LLC in July 2021 as Director, Human Resources, where she contributed significantly to optimizing HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.

Prior to joining Seneca Resources, Shellie held the role of Director, Global Human Resources at Precision Drilling, where she spent over seven years managing global HR policies and teams for a workforce of approximately 5,000 employees. Her responsibilities included leading talent acquisition strategies, employee relations, and global mobility programs.
Before that, Shellie worked at Halliburton in various leadership roles, including Sr. Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions HR and Sr. Manager, International Human Resources, where she led HR initiatives for large-scale mergers and international workforce strategies.
Earlier in her career, Shellie served as Manager, International HR Consulting at KPMG, providing advisory services for global HR policies, training programs, and M&A activities.
