Louisville, Kentucky, United States, February 2025 – Brian Wiekrykas has been appointed as Senior Director Human Resources at ScionHealth. With a deep background in HR leadership, employee relations, and talent management, he will oversee HR strategies to support the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality patient-centered care across its hospital network.
Prior to joining ScionHealth, Wiekrykas served as District Director Human Resources at Kindred for nearly three years, where he played a critical role in HR operations, labor relations, and talent acquisition. His contributions helped improve employee engagement and HR process efficiencies across multiple healthcare facilities.
Before Kindred, he was Director of Human Resources at Delmar Gardens Enterprises, where he managed HR functions, compliance, and employee relations. His focus on talent management and leadership development was instrumental in strengthening the organization’s workforce.
Wiekrykas also held key HR leadership roles at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital and Ascension Health, where he was responsible for HR operations, labor relations, performance management, and benefits administration. His extensive experience in union negotiations, policy development, and workforce engagement makes him a strong asset to ScionHealth’s HR leadership team.
