Rohith Kumar Appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Arvind Fashions Limited

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2025 – Rohith Kumar has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Arvind Fashions Limited, where he will be responsible for leading the company’s HR strategy, talent management, and culture transformation initiatives. His leadership will focus on strengthening employee engagement, driving organizational growth, and aligning HR policies with business objectives.

Before joining Arvind Fashions Limited, Rohith Kumar was Chief People Officer at Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., where he played a key role in enhancing HR processes, workforce strategy, and leadership development across the organization. His contributions significantly shaped HR best practices and employee experience.

Prior to that, he served as Head of Human Resources at SPAR India (Max Hypermarket India Pvt. Ltd.), where he led HR for the retail operations, driving talent acquisition, HR transformation, and employee development to support the company’s expansion and workforce engagement.

His 10-year tenure at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. saw him in the role of Head – Retail HR, where he was instrumental in shaping HR strategies, overseeing large-scale retail workforce management, and leading key HR initiatives that contributed to the company’s rapid growth.

Earlier in his career, Rohith Kumar worked at HyperCITY Retail (India) Ltd. as a Management Trainee & Officer HR, where he gained experience across various HR functions, laying the foundation for his career in human resource leadership.
