New Delhi, Delhi, India, February 2025 – Mayank Pande has been appointed as the Chief Learning Officer at GMR Group, bringing over two decades of expertise in HR strategy, learning transformation, and leadership development. With a career spanning India, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, Mayank is widely recognized in the learning technology and talent management industry. In this new role, he will spearhead GMR’s learning and development strategies, focusing on strategic alignment, process optimization, and workforce transformation to build a future-ready organization.
Before joining GMR Group, Mayank Pande served as Regional Sales Director – India at Cornerstone OnDemand, where he led learning transformation initiatives for enterprises, working closely with CXOs to drive upskilling and reskilling strategies. His work included leveraging next-generation learning technologies, change management, and content strategy development.
Prior to that, he was Regional Leader for the Middle East & Africa at Cornerstone OnDemand, overseeing business growth, partnerships, and talent development across key markets, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar. His leadership focused on enterprise sales, strategic consulting, and digital learning adoption to support workforce development.
Mayank has also held leadership roles at EdCast (by Cornerstone), where he was Market Leader for India & MEA, responsible for expanding learning and AI-powered knowledge solutions across the region. Additionally, he founded GoPlaySport India, where he combined sports, community development, and leadership training to drive meaningful engagement and skills development.
Earlier in his career, Mayank worked with top firms such as Grant Thornton, Amrop, Mercer, Hay Group, and Aon, where he led market development, business transformation, and talent advisory projects, working closely with government agencies and corporate clients on capability-building and HR strategies.
