In her new role, she will lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and people operations to drive growth and innovation as SWEET ROBO continues to revolutionize automated confectionery experiences worldwide.

Before joining SWEET ROBO, Chaudry served as Advisory Board Member at Milaan Foundation, where she provided strategic HR counsel to foster community engagement and build global partnerships for social impact initiatives.

Previously, she was Chief People Officer at Emergent, where she led global HR strategy, recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement. She played a pivotal role in developing organizational policies, coaching C-suite leaders, and enhancing workforce retention.

Prior to that, she was Head of People at MIEC, overseeing HR technology, compensation, and workplace solutions across multiple locations. She was responsible for creating inclusive people strategies, fostering an engaged workforce, and driving continuous HR process improvements.

Chaudry also held significant leadership roles at State Street, Sirva, Ropes & Gray LLP, and the University of California, San Francisco, specializing in global HR, talent mobility, and workforce compliance. Her expertise spans HR transformation, compensation strategies, and leadership development, making her an invaluable addition to SWEET ROBO’s leadership team.
