With over two decades of rich experience in finance spanning across IT, energy, and manufacturing sectors, Monica is set to enhance the financial strategies and business objectives of Sterlite Power.
Monica’s impressive career began after completing her Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, India. She has also enriched her expertise with education from INSEAD, further establishing her leadership and financial acumen.
Previously, Monica served as the Country CFO for Ireland at Schneider Electric, where she led significant financial transformation and strategic initiatives. Her role involved overseeing financial operations and aligning them with global standards to support business growth and sustainability.
Before Schneider Electric, Monica held the position of Director of Finance at GSC International, focusing on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) leadership roles that spanned various regions including India, the Middle East, and Africa. Her strategic vision was crucial in managing cash flow and partnerships, enhancing overall financial health and operational efficiency.

Her career also includes pivotal roles at multinational corporations like Shell and Microsoft, where she managed extensive financial portfolios and led teams to drive business performance through innovative financial management practices.
