With a strong background in human capital strategy, talent acquisition, and people experience, she is set to play a key role in aligning HR operations with business goals to support CPI’s continued growth.
Melanie has been with CPI Card Group for nearly 11 years, most recently serving as Vice President, People Experience. In this role, she championed talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce development strategies that strengthened CPI’s employer brand and enhanced its ability to attract and retain top talent. She also led efforts to improve employee experience, streamline onboarding, and build inclusive workplace initiatives.
Prior to that, Melanie was Director of Talent Acquisition at CPI, where she spearheaded recruitment campaigns, optimized hiring processes, and successfully raised the company’s Glassdoor rating from 2.1 to 4.1 within eight months. She played a crucial role in enhancing employer branding, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development to support CPI’s business expansion.
Earlier in her career at CPI, she held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager, where she was instrumental in developing high-quality recruitment strategies, strengthening employer-employee relations, and enhancing HR operations. Before joining CPI, she gained extensive HR experience at companies like Uniguest, EnergyLogic, and General Electric, where she developed expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and HR leadership.
